The repetition form in Gestalt principle
My work from Photography class.

lines convey mood on campus

The lines on the road is abstract, which makes me feel like it can convey the feelings like unstable and nervous.

lines on campus

Actual lines
The pipe on the wall is straight without no doubt.

logo design on campus

I like this design logo because the whole design is simple in colors(only black and white). Also, it has somehow symmetrical design.

Judy Pfaff

I really like this work because it uses bunch of lines to make it like a abstract work. Not only the line arrangement but also the color of lines become part of the implication in this work. Most of the color are dark red/brown and black, which makes people feel creepy when saw this work at the first time. The design provides not just a 3-D vision but also convey the feelings from the lines and color.

Poster design and caption

Caption:  Re-craft the real and virtual world.
The design uses the similarity of beginning pronunciation between web and world. Also, the word "world" is located on Earth and the "web" is in the air, which is a kind of implication of each properties.

Gestalt principle: Closure

The closure of the shapes make this picture looks like a shoe.

Design inspired by nature

The design of the bookshelf is inspired by nature because the shape of the bookshelf seems just like trees and also the material is wood.

2015 Digital Design assignment 01

This is an example of visual organization design. The combination of the words by using the same letter A is a kind of design mentioned in the textbook.
